RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

• Custom-made or personalized items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law always apply.
